Meditation for Relaxation and Self-Care

In this meditation, I will take you on a journey to a place of deep relaxation and peace via visualization. Once in that place of deep relaxation, we will take advantage of that place of stillness to tap into our own inner intuition and guidance to ascertain our self-care needs. I will also incorporate the use of positive affirmations or mantra to set the intention for ease and well-being as you go into your daily life.

There will be brief periods of silence at various intervals during the meditation, allowing us to go deeper without the assistance of guidance. The meditation is rated as intermediate for this reason.
